Hey guys welcome back to my page, I am trying to make my posts more regular for you guys but I’ve been a bit stressed lately and it’s made it hard to get motivated enough to write so I am sorry for my irregular posting!
This posts is about my recent order with Feel Unique which is a UK based retailer that stocks an amazing collection of brands including Sigma, benefit, laura geller, star skin, skyn Iceland, urban decay, bars and so many more of my favourites.
For my order i picked all things I’ve wanted to try for ages but was hesitant on buying! So to start off I got the sigma detail brushes which includes 8 different brushes that are perfect for any detail obsessed makeup addict; These specifically designed brushes help solve small challenges in makeup application, such as creating a perfectly edged lip, coating lashes from base to tip and applying eyeliner smoothly and evenly. This set is $133 making the brushes about $16 each so I was really happy with price. The brushes themselves are amazing quality and are super easy to clean.
Next I got the Laura Geller 20th anniversary highlight in the powder which was $21 and this is probably my favourite product I bought, the colour is seriously gorgeous and whenever I wear it I get constant compliments! Sadly the powder is currently sold out but they still have the stick available so I definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking for a bomb AF highlight.
Next I got the Starskin Hollywood party pack
Each Starskins Hollywood Party Gift Set comes with:
– GLOWSTAR™ Foaming Peeling Perfection Puff
– After Party™ Coconut Bio-Cellulose Second Skin Brightening Face Mask
– Red Carpet Ready™ Coconut Bio-Cellulose Second Skin Hydrating Face Mask
– Eye Catcher™ Smoothing Coconut Bio-Cellulose Second Skin Eye Mask
– DREAMKISS™ Plumping and Hydrating Bio-Cellulose Lip Mask
– complimentary The Gold Mask™ VIP Revitalizing Luxury Coconut Bio-Cellulose Second Skin Face Mask
– STARSKIN headband
The set costs $41 but has over $61 worth of products included. It’s a great way to try a bunch of products a little bit cheaper so you know what you love and want to get again! My top favourites from this set were the eye catcher second skin eye masks and the plumping lip masks. Both gave me a visible instant difference in my appearance. After the lip masks i could definitely see my lips were more plump, it look like I have gotten my lips done again and the swelling had already passed.
Then I got some gel masks from Skyn Iceland I got the prep for a party set which is $10.40 and comes with;
– A pair of Hydro Cool Firming Eye Gels to help firm, tone, brighten and reduce the appearance of puffiness and wrinkles under the eyes.
– A pair of Hydro Cool Firming Face Gels for Smile Lines that helps flatten expression lines while preventing future ones from forming.
– A Hydro Cool Firming Face Gel for Forehead patch that helps visibly fill in forehead creases with a concentrated dose of line-plumping, skin-smoothing, ingredients.
– A plumping gel patch designed to improve the look, definition and overall health lips.
My favourite for this set was the same as the last set the eyes and lip masks just were an absolute winner for me. They were quick and easy to use and gave me results I was really impressed with.
Then I got the Hoola Bronzer by benefit which was $24.50 and I wasn’t 100% sure on this one. The texture of the bronzer was nice but it was too dark for my skin, I was so sad because I have heard amazing things about Hoola and I really wanted to love it. I do love most benefit products I have tried though. Does anyone have a favourite benefit product I should try?
Then lucky last I got collistar patch reshaping treatment which is essentially a wrap that is meant to use active ingredients to burn fat and reshape the body. I really wanted to like these as I thought they were a pretty cool idea but I was actually really unhappy with them your meant to be able to wear them all day comfortably for 8 hours, I put one on and you could see it under my clothes even though it was meant to be invisible under clothes and then once I went to take it off it was extremely painful and actually ripped part of my skin off. For about 2 weeks I had raw skin on my stomach so it definitely wasn’t an enjoyable experience for me.
Has anyone tried them before? Did you have the same issue, or could I have had a dodgy batch.
So this is the end of my haul review; for the review of the company themselves I think Feel Unique is amazing. They have an amazing range of products that are well priced, they have great deals and specials available and their shipping is so fast. I will definitely be buying from them again! Has anyone shopped with Feel Unique? What did you get? And if you haven’t and your going to, what are you thinking of getting?
Here is the link if you want to have a look at what they have.
Also I am planning on a giveaway for when I hit 50k on instagram. What should I include?
Hey guys welcome back to my blog! Today’s post is about my latest Glambot haul and experience. If you don’t know what Glambot is, it is a website that allows you to sell or buy new and used makeup safely and hygeinically. They always have amazing deals and I have been addicted ever since I found out about them. I have done probably 8 orders with them so far and I always get almost brand new products. This time I got the Glitter Shimmer bundle from the vault and it was $24US for $120 worth of product. They have too faced palettes for $20 and bars or Mac lipsticks for under $10. They are definitely worth checking out.
I pictured above my haul and I was really happy with it, I got all brands I love!
I got a shadow, a bronzer, glitter pills, a lip pencil, a eyeshadow brush, eye primer and a liner. I was really impressed with the coordination of the products the set looked organised well and generous. I don’t think I have ever made an order that I wasn’t happy with, they have great customer service as well. One of my previous orders I got a Mac lip palette but it had been listed wrong and the colours were different and they reimbursed me for the mistake and let me keep the palette.
If you want to check them out or do a little shop here is the link; it isn’t a affiliate link and I don’t make any money from you shopping with them.
Has anyone shopped with Glambot before? If so what did you get? I love seeing everyone else’s hauls and hearing about people’s experiences. I personally love Glambot but I want to know what you think of it; what do you love and what don’t you love?
Also what is your favourite makeup brand?
Hey guys welcome back to my blog.
Today’s post is about my shop and box experience and haul!
So I had the chance to try shop and box myself this month and I decided to check out Sephora US and Ulta as they are one of the two most well known makeup shops and are known to have some awesome sets and exclusive palettes.
This is what I got:
I got the Urban decay vice palette
Which actually isn’t sold in Australia
The smashbox light it up collection
Rrp is 66Aud
Lorac dance till dawn palette which is an ulta exclusive and can’t be bought in Australia
Then the Sephora favourites extravagant eyes which also isn’t sold in Australia Which gave you $134US(175aud) value for $42Us (55Aud).
When using shop and box all you have to do is add items to a Wishlist you can pick from 29 different countries. I have used shop and box before but decided to shop from the US this time. I had boxer Yan, who was amazing they even gave me a little sample bag with my order which I thought was so sweet. When you order from shop and box you don’t need to pick just one shop you can use multiple, once your boxer receives the items they post photos on your chat so you can see they are in tact.
Once your items are bought, You then proceeded with Invoice 2 the service fee which ranges between 10-14% with the fee the more you spend, the lower the service fee tier + international shipping
Once it’s all paid, DHL shipping takes 3 days from the US to your doorstep. I was so happy with how quick it all got to me and so well packaged as well. I will Definitely be shopping with them again. I have attached some more photos of the things I got so you can have a closer look. Also I will be giving away a Lorac palette and a shop and box experience on my Instagram so make sure you check it out
Has anyone shopped with shop and box before? What did you think if you did?
Do you guys like seeing hauls would you like to see more?
Todays post is a bit of a review of my collection of setting sprays Including; Loreal infallible, Mac fix +, Nyx Matte finish, Trilogy hydrating mist, Maybelline Master fix and Urban Decay all nighter spray.
So firstly, Out of all of these my favourite actually isn’t high end, which I am surprised about.
So firstly I will give my reviews and then I will tell you which is my most and least favourite.
First up Loreal Infallible spray, this spray is seriously amazing, it is my absolute go to setting spray. It keeps me matte and stops my makeup from sliding around on a hot day. I was so impressed with this spray when I got it to try from the Loreal PR team. This spray is completely different to any others I have tried, you need to shake the bottle before you use it as there is a sediment at the bottom. If you don’t shake it you’ll get white spots all over your face so definitely don’t forget to shake.
Secondly is the Mac Fix + I really do like this spray, but I don’t feel much different after it. I don’t know if I am using it wrong or not. If anyone has any tips for fix + I would love to hear them.
Next up is the Nyx Matte Finish spray, I really like this spray it keeps me nice and matte, but I find it doesn’t make my makeup last as long as most other sprays but it definitely keeps me felling refreshed.
Next is the Trilogy hydrating mist. I believe this one is meant to be a setting spray but my skin isn’t a big fan, I sometimes have issues with lavender products so that could be why. if you like scented setting sprays it’ll definitely be something you like.
Next is the Maybelline Master fix spray, this is meant to be a dupe for the mac fix +, It is definitely similar but I don’t think it is a dupe, they are both great in their own way. They are both refreshing and both help set though but seriously nothing beats the Loreal Infallible spray for me. I have never used a spray so perfect for my skin.
I would love to know what you all think of these sprays and what your favourite spray is.
As well I would love to know what you want to see more of on my blog as well.
I am thinking of starting Youtube again, would anyone watch it?
Hey Guys welcome back to my blog. (photo for attention)
I thought I would share with you my Glambot experience as I see a lot of people asking about it. If you dont know what Glambot is, it is essentially a website where you can sell makeup and buy makeup for better prices. The prices are better because these items are second hand. I have ordered from Glambot 14 times now and I still cant stop. Most of my Colourpop collection is from Glambot.
One thing I love about Glambot is they do deals where its anywhere between $1-5 for a certain category and you get sent a surprise item from that category. I have gotten foundations, Mac brushes, Clinique and Chanel products from these deals. So they are always a good thing to add onto your sales. I will add a few of my favourite product links on here for you guys to check out! Let me know what you think. Also if you guys buy anything let me know and tell me what you guys get! I recently did some shopping and got myself two Mac Pro Lip palettes, does anyone have these? What do you think of them?
Hey guys welcome back to my blog. Today I will be reviewing the loreal Brow artist Sculpt! So when I went to the Loreal and maybelline event I was very interested to see how these worked. As you can see the brushes are very different to your usual brow mascara.
The top of the brush is there to put more product and fill the brows more. I could tell this definitely worked. But unless you have perfectly shaped brows, you won’t get much difference from this. I use this just for the mascara after I have filled in my brows with my favourite pomade and powder. This definitely does work, but sadly for me I have no ends to my eyebrows so I need more then this to do my brows. I would love to know what other people think of this and if you liked it.
The mascara doesn’t have much of a smell, I find some of them smell very chemically, which I don’t like.
Overall I would say the mascara is a 8/10 and I will definitely continue using it.
Let me know what you think of it guys, or if there are any products you want me to try, review or swatch.
I am so excited to tell you guys about my Maybelline and Loreal event that I went to on Wednesday night. It was such a great night and I got to meet some amazing bloggers.
It was so exciting getting to see all the new and exciting things coming for Maybelline and Loreal. I cant wait for them all to come out so you can all try them. So as well some of these things might already be out if you arent from Australia.
Here is a few of the things we have coming. I am probably most excited about the Master fix spray, it is meant to be a dupe for the Mac Fix + so I will let you know how it goes after I use it. If you want to see a review or swatches for any of these let me know and I will get it done. You all have to get the Master conceal when it comes out, the coverage is seriously amazing! I need to get my shade the ones I got are too dark, but when i do I will show you how amazing the coverage is!
welcome back to my blog, or welcome if this is your first time.
Todays blog post is about my amazing experience with Nyx a few days ago. I was able to see the releases planned for the rest of the year as well as try most of them. There is some really exciting things coming including the exciting news that Priceline will now stock Nyx. This is seriously awesome news for any of my fellow Australians that know that Nyx is seriously hard to come by. We get Nyx in Target, but it is rarely stocked up sadly. Priceline will be stocking heaps of Nyx products in store as well as online, online there will be about 200 extra items to what you see online.
I am ridiculously excited about this, if you cant already tell. I love nyx and I cant wait to show you all the goodies I was lucky enough to be given at the event. In the next week I will get some swatches and reviews up as well for you guys, so let me know if there is anything specific you want a review or swatch of.
I also met another lovely blogger @nailsbyjema so check her account out on instagram she is seriously skilled!
I am absolutely loving everything marble as you can probably tell. I recently got this white marble case from the case merchant. I absolutely love it! They have both black and white marble cases as well as so many other designs I know you will all love!
You should all definitely check them out they are really well priced compared to so many other marble phone cases and they are good quality.
I hope you enjoyed this post. I would love to know what you guys would like to see more of. Swatches, reviews and so on.
