Recently, I was sent an amazing set of goodies from Goddess Nutrition. On their Site they offer supplements, accessories and also soon active wear!

I wanted to make sure I gave them a massive try before I shared my experience with you so I tested them for the last 2 weeks; On my gym days I used the Fat Burner, Appetite Suppressors, Pre workout and then Protein. Then on my rest days I had the Fat Burner, Appetite Suppressors and BCAAs.
For this review, I will separately review each product; talking about the benefits of the products, what I like/What I would change and the taste.
What are BCAAs’
- They Promote Protein Synthesis
- Stops your muscles breaking down and getting used for energy
- They can make you feel less tired
For the BCAAs I got the flavour, Juicy Apple.
The flavour isn’t very strong and is slightly powdery but still easy to drink, I definitely noticed a difference in my recovery time while using them as well.
What I love; Faster recovery time so I can get the most of my workouts!
What I would Change; I wish the flavour was a little sweeter
What is the point of pre workout?
Pre-workout is made up from a combination of ingredients directly related to increasing performance. It is designed as a drink to have before training to give you more energy to be able to work out harder for longer.
- Beta Alanine – 3g
- Creatine – 3g
- Caffeine – 200mg
- BCAA – 1g
- Arginine – 0.4g
- Glutamine – 0.4g
For the Pre Workout I got the Blue Slush Flavour. Blue Slush made me think of Blueberries; it didnt taste like blueberries but it was really nice and actually tasted like those blue slush puppies you can get!
What I love; I felt a buzz really quickly and I didnt crash hard either! Plus I got multiple PBs while using it.
What I would change; took a bit of effort to mix through but thats not uncommon.
Appetite Suppressors and Fat Burner Capsules:
What do appetite suppressors do?
Appetite suppressors help to increase the serotonin levels in your brain in order to suppress your body’s hunger cravings. Appetite Suppressors are useful for when you need to cut your daily calorific intake down. Combining appetite suppressors with a healthy diet and regular exercise regime will help you to reduce your caloric intake, and therefore lose weight as they help your body to stop thinking it needs to over-eat.
What does Thermogenic Fat burner do?
Thermogenesis is the process of burning calories to produce heat. Taking thermogenic fat burners increases your natural level of burning calories and therefore increases your metabolic rate. This means you will be burning more calories than you would have done naturally. Thermogenic Fat Burners are also known to help give you an energy boost!
How were they;
I use them both in conjunction and really do notice a difference; the capsule form is easy to swallow and doesn’t give me heart burn like I have experienced with other fat burners or appetite suppressors before. The fat burner has a detox effect I find, which I think makes it more obvious its working.
Taste; no taste but easy to swallow
How does their protein effect the body?
Protein is essential in the human body and for overall health and well-being. It is a nutrient that breaks down to repair and grow strong bones, muscles, hair, skin and organs. Protein is one of the major structural components found in every cell of your body. It expends more energy digesting than carbohydrates or fats which means that people consuming more protein may see faster fat loss than someone on a low-protein diet. If you find yourself hungry all day you are potentially not eating enough protein. Protein takes longer to digest then carbs or fats so should keep you feeling fuller for longer. While you can get protein from meats, dairy, eggs and fish (or legumes, nuts and seeds for vegetarians) it is widely believed that an active person requires more protein than the average person, particularly for muscle recovery. This is where Protein shakes come in!
Flavours I tried;
Banana Marshmallow, Belgian Chocolate, Coconut Ice-cream, Strawberries and cream and Vanilla milkshake for the Complete recovery shakes and Gingerbread cupcake and Raspberry cheesecake for the slimming meal replacement. They are all easy to drink and mix well, they keep me full and don’t make me bloated! They are also Vegetarian friendly and gluten free.
Favourite Flavour; Strawberries and cream
Least Fave Flavour; Vanilla milkshake; still delicious but a lot more boring compared to the other flavours.
