Todays blog post is about facials, the importance of facials and the benefits.

Firstly, a facial is a great way to relieve stress and stress effects the skin in a negative way. A facial detoxifies your body, which aids in things such as puffiness and redness of the skin.

Secondly, massaging the skin helps to circulate the blood which benefits the skin by helping to renew skin cells. A good facial will also help to boost collagen in the skin which is known to help with fine lines and anti ageing. Other benefits of a facial include reducing congestion in your pores and help with things such as acne, enlarged pores and so on. Facials also help in areas such as skin tone, facials can reduce dark spots and pigmentation issues.

Another surprising benefit of facials is weight loss, stress is a big cause of weight gain and reducing stress can help with weight loss, as well the chemicals your brain produces while getting a facial aids in weight loss as well.

I dont know about you, but I am definitely going to look at getting a facial very soon!
